Governments have public communication with their people. Poetry has a secret communication with man´s suffering. Poets must be heard.
“I don´t like grievances. I find I gently let them alone wherever published. What I like is griefs and I like them Robinsonianly profound. I suppose their is no use in asking, but I should think we might be indulged to the extent of having grievances restricted to prose alone if prose will accept the imposition, and leaving
poetry free to go it´s way in tears”. Robert Frost´s words are beautiful. Just beautiful.

Wobei auch diese Herstellungsart Teil der Ausbildung ist. Einfach mal vollkommen stupide in die Maschine knallen. Ist eben schnell und billig.
Was anderes ist es, wenn man sich hinsetzt und alles von Hand macht: Lagen heften, Kapital stechen, Decke fertigen, beziehen… Mit den unterschiedlichsten Materialien hantieren. Der Phantasie sind im Grunde kaum Grenzen gesetzt. Da können schon mal ein paar Tage vergehen. Kostet natürlich entsprechend. Nur leider ist es das kaum noch jemandem wert.

It´s my opinion, that the eBook is obliterating and obscuring the diamonds of poetry.
It eliminates the white seas of paper streched out amid eternally solitary stars. The stark whiteness of the page, the purity of the road of poetry. The eBook become an invader proposing a new cagegory: that of robbing our favorite poets of their mythological vestments leaving them with nothing. I have a copy of Lord Tennyson, the bard of In Memoriam, pure poetry and pure tears. This does not belong in an eBook, neither does Frost´s words.

a book in a few minutes in our hands, Espresso and easy, great!
This machine, incredible! Depending on the place where we can access its use, is comfortable and practical. Excellent innovation! ->very important is to remember its ecological aspect, and profitability!.
.. Its spread will probably be quick and successful. Throughout the world, especially in underdeveloped countries, third world, where few libraries in the current market. In places where the cultural gap (print), determined by economic reasons, will have greater access to it for many people. And that is what makes this technology interesting.

We really touched a lot of decisions to confront and accept its challenges(changes), finding new ways, continue to the passage of new technologies. Accelerated action, because the effect (inter), impact.
In the short term, I’d love to be able to easily and conveniently purchase a good book at the airport, gas-station, supermarket or post office, etc.. (here in EU), a good alternative for those, who have little time to visit and search a book at library or a museum-traditional-Literary Archive for hours. And without having to sacrifice great pleasure in reading.

… die sind ja dann auch GEBUNDEN. Diese sind “nur” paperbacks. Ich mag gebundene Bücher viel lieber.

Ich hatte mir gestern die Seite aus der „Zeit“ getrennt mit den beiden Buchbesprechungen. Während ich bei R. Powers „Das größere Glück“ („Generosity. An Enhancement“) noch kaufunentschieden war, fand ich 8 1/2 Millionen eine lohnenswerte Investition.
Es ist absurd, was die Romanfigur alles anzustellen scheint, um sich wieder authentisch zu fühlen.

Mir kommen sofort die Filme „Und täglich grüßt das Murmeltier“ und “Annas Alptraum kurz nach 6″ in den Sinn (obwohl sich dort die Hauptdarsteller unfreiwillig in der Zeitschleife befanden) und auch der letzte Blogeintrag – das Gedicht von Robert Frost – , dass man im Leben eben nicht „zurück auf Anfang“ gehen kann und sich für einen Weg entscheiden muss (meine freie Interpretation). Die Gedankenspiele zu „Was wäre gewesen wenn…?“ sind trotzdem oft reizvoll nur die Antwort bleibt offen.
